"Shares in Google have dropped after the internet search engine announced plans to sell another 14 million shares to raise $4bn (�2.2bn; 3.3bn euros).

The stock sale, which comes as Google celebrates its first anniversary as a listed company, will partly be used to help fund possible acquisitions."

Adidas to buy Reebok for $3.8 bln - Yahoo! News

FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Germany's sporting goods maker Adidas-Salomon (ADSG.DE) has agreed to buy U.S. rival Reebok (NYSE:RBK - news) for $3.8 billion in a move to close the gap on Nike and promise a profit increase by expanding in the United States and entering new markets.
